The Sous Chef will responsible for meeting and exceeding quality standards and creating an elevated catering experience for our clients. The Sous Chef will report directly to the owner / Head Chef and will collaborate in back of the house management and strategy of the overall business.
The primary role of this position is to prepare food for events according to client needs. The sous chef will assist in the day to day execution, ranging from menu planning, ingredient management, food preparation, onsite execution of events, and other responsibilities related to a catering business as required. You will be well adverse in preparing hot and cold food preparation, event sit-down and buffet and cocktail parties events, action stations, corporate onsite events, and present yourself with a great personality and take pride in your appearance.

Salary and Expectations
This roll will start out as a part time position with the anticipation it will become a full time position as the business continues to grow. Salary is dependent on experience and will pay an industry level salary.
