West Island Catering, located in Sainte-Anne- de-Bellevue, caters to all levels of events and clientele ranging from weddings, funerals, private dinners to weekly meal programs. As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are in need of a catering cook to assist in the day to day cooking operations. This would range from food preparation to execution of the events in some cases executing an event onsite. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a catering environment or equivalent experience to join our amazing, growing team.
Cooking and Food Preparation The primary role of this position is to prepare food for events according to client needs. The catering cook is responsible for preparing food, either in an on- or off-site kitchen, and cooking a variety of dishes. You will be well adverse in preparing hot and cold food preparation, event sit-down and buffet and cocktail parties events, action stations, corporate onsite events, and come across with a great personality and take pride in your appearance. At the end of the day, you will leave your station or the event in a clean and organized manner.
