Sit back and enjoy an amazing meal in the comfort of your own home. We will work with you to plan a menu that fits within in your expectations and budget. Some sample menu's include:

Starters/ Canapés - examples

• Juniper Melon with Prosciutto
• Beet Terrine with Goat Cheese
• Ahi Tuna Tartar
• Fois Gras Torchon, Brioche
• Meat/Chicken Teriyaki Skewers

Main Entree's

• Salmon - Tomato confit, parsnip agnolotti, watercress
• Chicken Supreme - Fermented cabbage, spicy Chorizo, Farro, Chicken Jus
• Beef Strip loin -Caramelized carrot puree, braised leek, brown butter jus
• Ultimate Surf & Turf - New York Steak & butter poached prawns

Chef Services - 

• Arrive minimum of 2 hours before your event starts
• Setup kitchen, cooking and prepping of meal
• Plate course by course
• Clean down Kitchen space. 
• Depart ~1 to 2 hour meal is served

Service Staff

• Arrive ~2 hours before event
• Assist with setup dining area
• Prep drink station
• Serve platted meals
• Wine services
• Assist in cleanup of dining and drink station area
• Depart ~1-2 hours after meal is served depending. 

Pricing for the above depend on menu complexity. Approximate pricing range from $250 for Chef Services and $150 for Service Staff
